the plan

Things change. A lot. I started this blog as a vegan weight-loss blog, and have slowly transitioned into something that works more for me. I eat a vegetarian, mostly whole-foods diet. I limit processed carbs (bread/pasta/pizza/etc.) to one meal, daily. I started doing Weight Watchers in late February of 2011, using the Points Plus system.

As far as exercise goes, I try to do Couch to 5k (C25K) as often as I can. I also hit up my rec center and lift weights, do the elliptical, etc. as often as I can. In the sunny months, I plan to hike as much as possible w/ the tiny one strapped to my back.
