can't walk. so tired...

while 30 minute workouts energize me, 1 hour workouts exhaust me. I can barely keep my eyes open and my muskuls are on firrrrrrrre. Perhaps I overdid it this morning. Hoping that a nice easy walk tomorrow will loosen me up.

  2. I try to always work out in the morning, because then I have it done, and anything else I do throughout the day is a bonus. also, it's the only time i really have when i can leave my baby with my husband and not feel like i'm missing out on time with them (i go while they are still sleeping).
